Easter weekend I had the honor of working with the lovely ladies of Zoetic Dance Ensemble again. I have always had this vision of working with Zoetic on top of a bar. The concept of a very masculine bar with the soft femininity of the ladies, seemed to just stick in my head. Lucky for me I know one of the sweetest people on the planet, Kathleen Lloyd, who bartends at RiRa Irish Pub and she opened up their back bar to us. There are so many frames so it was very hard to choose. There will be more to come I’m sure. Melanie, the director of Zoetic, helped pick most of these out Check out the video too of the laides and some behind the scenes stuff from our shoot.
I had the honor of photographing for the lovely and sweet Joanne McClure of Painted Earth Skin Care, LLC. She hosted an open house event to show off her skin care, makeup, and showroom floor. The event included before and after photos, an on staff makeup artist for makeovers, and food and beverage. Joanne was also gracious enough to give out samples to her clients, friends and family. I also got to snag some fun stuff! It was a fun time had by all and big thanks to Nick Bach for coming out and working with me shooting video and behind the scenes footage.
Once again I had the great honor of shooting with the talented and skilled makeup and hair stylist Scott Spencer Miller. My good friend Corey from The2econdFloor was on set as well to help with art direction and wardrobe. This is just a sneak peak of what is to come! We had so much fun on set and our models killed it!! (yes there was two…you’ll just have to wait and see)
Fashion and event throwing guru, Corey Bertrand of The 2econd Floor, is no slacker when it comes to finding talent and making magic with it. He presented me with the idea of photographing the band, The Grand Prize Winners From Last Year, for his Bang On event at RiRa Irish Pub. Of course I was on board with it! I mean, come on, it’s Corey! I adore working with him and feed off of his creative spirit and energy. I had a great time with these guys and each personality that came with them. The event was a hit! The music, food, drinks, and fashion was definitely incredible. Big thanks to everyone involved. To check out the event photos head on over to The 2econd Floor.
The talented and beautiful Corey Bertrand, creative director of The 2econd Floor, contacted me with an idea for a shoot and of course I knew it was going to be incredible! Corey and I have been working together for almost 4 years now on events, projects, fashion shows, photo shoots, etc. He is a master of his craft and a gifted visionary! We came into the studio and just had a great time! Here are some of my favorites from the session. Look out for new and exciting things happening w Corey and his vision on The 2econd Floor.
Mrs. Susan Brown is an orchestra teacher in Cobb County and she approached me about photographing her for their up and coming program insert. She was a true blast to work with and such a great spirit as you can see in her smile. Big thank you to Renitra Canty for doing her makeup and I can’t wait to work with Susan again.
